Plain Tasks is for one focused daily list. It is intentionally smaller than a full project manager: add tasks for today, finish what you can, and let the day close.
Plain Tasks is designed around a small daily list. The app keeps a task limit so your day stays focused. You can adjust the maximum tasks per day in Settings.
When you open the app on a new day, the previous day's tasks are moved into History. Active tasks are archived so today's list can start clean.
Yes. Tasks can use no recurrence, daily recurrence, or weekly recurrence for selected weekdays. Recurring tasks can appear again when a new day begins.
Yes. Plain Tasks can export your current list and history as plain text or JSON from Settings.
No. Version 1.0 stores data on device only. There is no Plain Tasks cloud account, backend, or iCloud sync in the current release.
No. Plain Tasks has no account system, no advertising, and no tracking analytics. Your task data stays on your device unless you choose to export and share it.
Plain Tasks is designed around a one-time unlock model for advanced use, such as full history and export features. Purchases, when available, are handled by Apple through the App Store.
