WhoBook helps you remember the people you meet. It is for voice notes, private person profiles, relationship context, follow-up reminders, birthdays, and relationship graph notes.

No. WhoBook is designed to work without a Dojoism account or developer-owned server.

WhoBook stores people, notes, recordings, transcripts, reminders, photos, and graph data locally on your device by default. Optional iCloud sync uses your private Apple iCloud account.

Microphone permission is used to record short voice notes so you can capture relationship context quickly after meeting someone.

Speech Recognition is used for on-device transcription when available. Transcripts can be edited manually after recording.

Contacts permission is optional and only used when you choose to import contacts into WhoBook.

WhoBook Pro can unlock unlimited people, optional iCloud sync, and AI summaries or smart extraction on supported Apple Intelligence devices.

AI summaries and smart extraction require WhoBook Pro and a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence. On unsupported devices, WhoBook still works with raw transcription and manual notes.
