Common questions
Does Vidayer require an account?
No. There is no Vidayer or Dojoism account and no developer-owned server. Your library lives on your device; iCloud sync, if you turn it on, uses your own private iCloud database.
Does Vidayer come with any movies or channels?
No. Vidayer plays files you already have — on the device, in the Files app, or on servers you control. It includes no content, channel lists, streaming sources or torrent support.
Can it play straight from my NAS?
Yes. Add an SMB share or a WebDAV folder, or connect to a DLNA, Jellyfin or Emby server, then browse and play the original file. Nothing is downloaded or transcoded first.
Which formats does it play?
